Entire staff mislead me from the start. Dr. Yates only did part of the procedure, the plugging on the top of the scalp and plugging on the donor area. Medical assistants removed plugged or grafted hairs and inserted them into scalp. Dr. Yates did not follow up on their work and failed to examine my scalp post procedure. One assistant was not trained properly and I was in significant pair during procedure and post. Supposed to have 2,000 graphs but I feel I received half that based on post procedure examination of supposed area graphed to,no signs of scabs or crust in areas I specifically showed Dr. Yates. No respect shown to me by Dr. Yates as a patient or person. Take your business else where, I wish I had.
