We bought a home from Losani and since then it's been the absolute worst. We are less than one year in and already so much has gone wrong.

We have water issues on every floor of the house. The service technicians dismissed our soaking wet basement and argued angrily when we pointed to the wet-sponge-like insulation cut open along every exterior face of the house, and continued to throw baseless excuses to avoid taking the responsibility for major structural issues that cause the water leakage.

We also haven't been able to use our bathroom for half a year. During the most recent work day, our neighbours who were in their driveway overheard Losani workers first affirming present problems inside the house, but after a call supposedly with their supervisor, received orders to leave the problems unaddressed and covered up.

The Losani workers coming to our house have little to no construction experience, the warranty service team either do not respond to our emails, respond with great ambiguity, or use lies based on any exception to the warranty per the Tarion warranty guidelines. Essentially, Losani covers up their mistakes 99.9% of the time, and only when you catch them in the act during that 0.1% do they react. Not only do they refuse to address problems.

Don't be fooled. Look elsewhere for a home.
