I would highly recommend Jim Ellis to any car buyer. Coming in equipped with an excellent TrueCar quote and our desired vehicle, the sales process was very pleasant. I could tell from the start that my sales rep, Dennis aka "DC" was there to make me happy with my purchase. DC's customer service was a BIG reason why we decided to purchase with Jim Ellis.

I was also pleased that Andre, the business manager, worked with a network of 30 lenders and shopped for financing rates on my behalf. He listened attentively to us and was very patient while we reviewed the pricing and effective benefits of each service option.
