Dennis T and John T arrived after their regular workday to take care of a leaky downspout elbow on the second story. The repair would not have been completed until September, next open appointment, but they fit it into their day. They called 45 minutes before arrival, pre-discussed the need for a ladder for the second story. Pleasant conversation as they worked as a team. I watched and showed where my concern was. They took the elbow apart, checked for any obstruction, tapped, and caulked/glued the seam. I had observed this elbow with water coming out a few weeks ago, but with the dry summer all will be fixed for the fall/winter rains. Very professional walking on the tile roof gingerly, and even checked two other gutter elbows with possible leak, so a repeat call would not need to happen. I would highly recommend this duo. I also learned that WA Energy Services had expanded their window service to sky lights now. Exceeded my expectations. Janice S
