I have had the easiest most enjoyable time ever at a dealership and I'm an old guy having gone to many. I went there to look at a car I was interested in, but left driving it home! Rosse was very enthusiastic and helpful, and actually found an interest rate that beat my credit union's rate! she took extra effort to help me and I felt she really wanted to please me. Chris, my finance officer was very helpful in describing my options with no pressure to decide one way or another.
