For 3 months between pre and post surgery visits I attended the various departments ...

The various nurses and doctors were:
KIND, AVAILABLE, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!
I solved a problem that I had been dragging on for years ... and with excellent results ...
A thank you to the head room of the ophthalmology department is to the nurse staff who take blood samples from you, who accompany you to the operating room, and take you back in a wheelchair ..
Professional, kind and at the same time nice ..
Thanks to the staff booking visits of the 3 eye level, courteous and willing to find solutions with the dates visits

This hospital is an example of how healthcare should be in Italy !!!
THE PROBLEM OF THE TELEPHONE SERVICE RESERVATIONS EXISTS ... I think it is managed by an external company to save money .. But I think they do it to stay within the costs of the hospital .. WHY to provide services in agreement with the private quality NHS ,
IT'S NOT EASY TO STAY INSIDE THE COSTS! !
AND SOMEWHERE MUST SAVE MONEY. MIRACLES DO NOT MAKE IT.
