This place is extremely nice. Literally my wife and I used this as a home base for part of our Honeymoon in Tuscany. It's amazing for a few days in Tuscan region. Rooms awesome, location is beautiful but food and laundry service are a solid -1 star. Literally there is better food 5 minutes away at the local watering hole. We look at doing laundry and at 13-16 Euro per article 7 days of laundry doesn't make the service desirable.
