The restaurant is not up to the level of other HRC...

The restaurant is not up to the level of other HRCs. The ground floor room looks like a cafeteria (cheap tables and some very poorly installed in the passages). The upper room is more pleasant if you have the chance to be placed on the edge (sea view). The musical decoration is reduced, few memories, TV and sound are covered by the noise of room (low ceilings so very noisy). The service is really bad: they (including manager) do not understand French. It is very painful. Very long wait ...
The dishes are consistent with other HRC: wide portions and high prices. A dish is worth an average of 20 , and a glass of wine 8 , jn cocktail 15.
