Might be the worst dealer experience. You walk in, there is a reception desk, receptionist asks you to sign in so she can have a salesperson come help. If you don't write all your info, they ask you to complete the whole form, making it awkward. So I did, the salesman came and asked what I was interested in. I told him a pre owned 4WD Toyota Tacoma. He says "ok come right over here so I can get you in the system so we can unlock our inventory. Really? So I sit down as he takes all my info again. Then he takes me outside to show me their lineup of new Tacomas. I repeated that I was looking for pre owned. So then he asks me why I didn't like the Tundra.... I told him I wasn't interested. He goes inside, comes back 5 min later to tell me "let's go over to our pre owned lot and see what we have. We walk all the way across the parking lot as he brings me to a 2WD Tundra. He says "this is the only one we have, it's not 4WD but it does have the 5.7 V8. I'm not even going to finish the story I'm tired of typing.
