After calling about a defective product I was left on hold for over 20 minutes... I called back and spoke with manager Kenneth was told he couldn t control how long I was on hold. No apology or how can I help you. Called corporate they told me to write a letter from a automated voice. What is this 1950. This is a lazy non responsive company.
