All I can say is, WOW! El Rico and William were FANTASTIC! First of all, it's hard to even say the name El Rico, without putting a smile on your face and having been in the automotive aftermarket for over 25 years, I can tell you, Mr. Rico is the real deal.

I contacted Big "E"(that's what I'm gonna to start calling him)via email about a Hyundai Santa Fe he had advertised online. I normally would never respond to an ad via email, but the name El Rico just struck a chord with me. Big E emailed me right back and it was relatively late when I emailed him, so I was immediately impressed. We shot a couple more emails back and forth about setting a time to come test drive the vehicle the next day and even though I showed up about a half hour early, Big E adjusted his schedule and jumped right in.

Big E was also super knowledgeable, listened when spoken to, had answers for 99% of my questions, and confidently admitted when he didn't. He wasn't pushy and quickly adapted to my style, except for the applause part, but that's more my issue.

Finally, El Rico hands me off to William, the finance guy and he's as smooth or maybe even a tad smoother than Big E! (SORRY EL RICO) I've been fortunate to buy a number of new vehicles and usually by the time I'm done with the sales person, I'm dreading the finance guy. Not this time however. William proactively introduced himself and let me know he was aware of my time constraints and bent over backwards to accommodate me. Between the 2 of them, I couldn't be happier with my initial experience at a Jim Ellis Dealership and I give all the credit to Big E and William for that. I knew I was buying the car as soon as William made almost the exact same comment as Big E, which was, "I really Love working here. Mr. Ellis really cares and takes care of his people" In my world, that means a lot.

Long story short, I definitely will look to Big E and/or one of Mr. Ellis's dealerships again, next time I'm in the market for a vehicle! Great job!
