Long wait in emergency (2h) not given either as everywhere in fact.
On the other hand I brought them a kitten in a desperate state (I had brought two other kitten in the same state to another veto, which had not succeeded in saving them) and after a week in intensive care, here it is. recovered and in perfect health. Very pleasant personal, I can only recommend this establishment especially for the heaviest cases.
