The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are nice, but...

The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are nice, but the service is poor. This surprises me as it is rated a five-star Resort and is certainly priced as such.
No one greeted us when we pulled up to the resort.
No one noticed us for more than 5 minutes when we stood at the counter for our dinner reservations.
While in the courtyard bar area, my husband had to finally get up to find someone after 10 minutes of sitting there.
And they store the bags of trash in Plain Sight at the top of the staircase to our room most of the day!

I would not return to this resort or recommend it to anyone.
