Unfortunately, I have to agree with earlier posters on the ER. I brought my girlfriend there last night with a mysterious rash on her arms, face, legs, etc. The desk clerk told us she didn't have a clue how many people were in front of us for the wait, so we checked in and sat down. We were initially hopeful, since there appeared to be only two other people waiting. An hour and 45 minutes later, we got up and informed the new desk clerk (shift change, apparently) that no one had seen us yet and we were leaving. Both the desk clerk and the nurse checking people's blood pressures (before they wait, obviously) were completely unconcerned that no one had seen us yet. They did, however, have time to chat and change the TV channel a few times. When we left, the blood pressure nurse at least smiled and told us to "Have a good night!", although the desk clerk could not possibly have cared less that we were leaving without ever having been seen.
