No customer service skills.

No customer service skills.

My card declined because of suspicious activity. I asked him to try again. He didn t want to do it at first. The second time declined again, I was confused and I said to myself wow, how s that possible? as I reached for my phone to call the bank. He said you re asking ME how s that possible? How would I know I m not your bank in a very rude manner. I had cash also but I was so disgusted with his response that I got in my car and took my money elsewhere.

Tip: If you go there, you should already know what you want and don t ask for help.
