1/ There Automated System is relatively straight forward.
to actually get in touch with a service consultant.
2/ The Service Consultant Informed me that "ONLY"
an LG Service Technician can work on my appliance.
And That I am not allowed to buy my own parts and
work on my appliance, my self..............................
That increases my cost of operating their equipment
myself, when I have the skill to work my own appliance,
3/ After, being told that they were looking into whether my
appliance was under warranty, they never did answer
whether it was or not, and passed me off to a Service Tech.
4/ The service technician turned out to be an automated operator,
that asked me several questions, one of which was whether
my appliance was covered under warranty.
5/ Once I said no, the automated operator passed me of to
never, never land and no one ever picked up the phone.
6/ The original operator did actually inform me of a Service
Company in my area. When I called, I got their answering machine.

I will never buy another LG Appliance again, as the after market
service and care is terrible.

LG I am not satisfied at all with
1/ your parts sales policy.
2/ your call centre's ability to answer my questions,
and complete by service appointment boooking.
3/ your service.
