I dread going back every time. Service consultants are rude and not friendly. I just took my 2013 truck in to be evaluated, because the roof is rusting (with no damage) in numerous places. The service consultant seem pissed off that I was there. Very uncomfortable experience. I doubt that I will hear back from him.
