At the check-out, we refined at the reception whether we have to pay something extra. We got the answer that we shouldn't, we left. One day later, a woman (a hotel representative) wrote to my friends and wrote "They checked out of the hotel without making a check-out, they do not respond to messages and completely ignore them."
They have all our contacts and no one called or wrote to any of them. This situation extremely insults me and humiliates me in front of people close to me.

Hotel review

-The Internet zone covers ~ 30% of the entire hotel area.
-The Internet is terribly slow (even Yandex music slows down) I had to spend 4500 rubles for roaming Internet!
-Cards from doors work poorly, in order to replace a card you need to go far.
-Ordered a replacement card 30 minutes passed, could not stand it and went to change it, they did not even plan to change my cards.
-Simple bar in the refrigerator, 4 drinks for 2 people.
-Tea glasses are often poorly washed and everything is stained.
-Flies, many flies in Levanta restaurant.
- I came to the Meyhane restaurant personally with my family and booked a table, the next day I came and waited 15 minutes until I was told that the waiter had no right to reserve, and the reservation is made only by phone, which is always busy.
-The beach is dirty (small debris is often found)
-It is difficult for the elderly to walk, as high inclines make the heart beat faster, and in extreme heat, the chance of cardiovascular failure increases.
- This bay has the coldest sea of all the places where we have been, about 21 degrees at the end of July.

Large and green area (only this justifies the price)
Clean Beach with plenty of sun loungers.

This: hotel and service for a solid 6, but the price does not correspond. If you are used to good or want the best value for money, take a look at other hotels.
