Was really excited I had found a great place to stay in Omaha... staff was awesome, breakfast was good and the rooms were amazing. However I never received the Go Green points they advertise for skipping the housekeeping (claims you ll receive 500 points each day) and I filled out the cards and turned them in, about 6 in total over the course of a 2 week stay, never saw any of those. There is also a major security concern at the hotel about parking, my very last morning at about 630 AM, I ran my luggage out to the car and went in to checkout, in the matter of about 15 minutes someone smashed my back window out and made off with about $5000 of my personal belongings. Apparently it happens quite frequently at this hotel. I was looking forward to staying here 2 more weeks in November and 2 more in December, but have decided to cancel and book other arrangements.
