Another E-P-I-C Hilton location!! The sun, the stars, and especially the people. Arizona, you literally have a piece of my heart Rob, Iliana, & Jacob (Excellent hires Hilton), y'all are top shelf folk. You went to infinity & beyond to make our ONE night "half cross country" adventure at your hotel (with our cat One eye'd Willie ) utterly perfect . An that's what y'all did. From the moment we walked in the door y'all made us feel like family with your unbeatable customer service, uber friendly personalities, and over the top management skills. "Early check in" after a 6 hour drive from a disaster evening at another unpleasant location (oops my bad). AMAZING upgrades with the hotel, excessive amenities, OCD clean (Thank you Vanessa) & Covid safe, technology advances, baseball, & late night fried ice cream treats
Seriously tho, you guys MADE our move from Oregon to Texas all that much better . There aren't enough thank you's & we will NEVER forget the Hilton El Conquistador.
