DON'T BUY GOLDEN!!!! Bought a PR505L(PR535) in April '20 had a hip replacement. 1. It arrived with broken leg-then sent a new one which my husband had to fix 2. The seat cushion was installed crooked - took TWO MONTHS of calling "customer service" for them to make TWO TRIPS IN AN ATTEMPT TO FIX it. 3. 6 MONTHS LATER, the second seat cushion installed is STILL CROOKED. == Customer Service is non existent. Just a 20-30 MINUTE WAIT on average, only to have them give me a huge hassle about actually fixing it. These people are trained to PUT YOU OFF UNTIL THE 1-YEAR WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED!!! -- Telling everyone I know to NOT BUY GOLDEN !!!! HORRIBLE
