I have a ultralight envy power wheelchair and really like it but the reliability is lacking. I purchased it late December 2018 and took delivery early January 2019 it has been repaired 3 times. It is always the same problem the wiring harness to the motors was defective. The connection at the connector becomes loose. This last time you could see where the connection was arcing and the connector was burned. The repair company came out and repaired it I just hope that it lasts this time.
