Wow just wow.... I reserved months in advance call...

Wow just wow.... I reserved months in advance calling ahead to even ADD a day! Then when i get there what do ya know? They dont have my reservation... I missed my grandmas 90th birthday party because of it and she went on to pass away the next day. I never got to say by to grandma because of this reservation mishap. If you would like to see your grandma happy on her last day dont stay here...
