Horrible, horrible service

Horrible, horrible service
Hostes at the Restorant nasty, people are NOT friendly or happy
Waiting for menu 30-40 minutes, then waiting for food order 30-40 minutes and the same with drinks, will not going or recommend to anybody
5* hotel should have service 5*, but very far a way
