Would have been a great stay if not the service at the hotel. We arrived on time, however we had to wait for half an hour till we could check-in, because the room wasn't clean yet. And even then, the executive suit that we've booked wasn't fully prepared for our stay. The communication at the reception was quite poor. Definitely not a 5 start hotel experience.
However, the spa was nice, and the dinner at the restaurant was good too.
