Review of US Waterproofing

We will never know whether or not US Waterproofing...

We will never know whether or not US Waterproofing does dependable work. We scheduled twice to meet with someone to assess our basement problem - and no one showed up. More than six hours of waiting total. Many apologies and an offer to schedule a third appointment but really - who can believe that? There seemed to be much confusion and uncoordinated effort in the office. We even were given the voice mail of a person who apparently no longer works there. Certainly hope we get a better response from Permaseal.
