Since the Covid-19 has happened, everytime I go into the store everyone has a bad attitude. I have had to go into the parking lot and get my own flat cart for a 1500 dollar patio set because none of the employees want to bring them in. I spoke to the manager about it and he laughed before talking to the employee. I went in to get bark 1 week later and there were no flat carts available. The employees that worked in the department refused to go and replenish their carts. I told the employee that I wanted several bags of bark and I would go and get my own cart. When I got back the employee had put the bark back up on the top shelf out of consumers reach. When the employee was asked why, he replied he didnt know where I went!!! I went into Menards to purchase 2000 dollars worth of bathroom remodel items and the sku for the vanity was written down wrong. After being delivered and found out to be wrong, I called the store and the manager told me that because I did not see that it was wrong and purchased it that they would not be held liable for the delivery or return of the product to the store and that I would have to bring it all back and pay another delivery fee. The same manager laughed when I told him the problem and said it is a he said she said matter. I told him that the customer was always right. That is how they do it at Lowes and Home Depot. He said we are not Lowes or Home Depot. So now we are stuck with a vanity that is wrong. When I tried to call corporate they put me into an automated number where I have to complain on a piece of paper rather than an actual human to deal with this problem!
