I have been a customer for more than 15 years. My experience has been mixed. However, my recent experience with Yujin Lee (service advisor) was simply exceptional. She knows how to value customers and provide them with the service they need/deserve. From the phone appointment to getting my car back, she displayed nothing but great professionalism and care.
