I recently moved to the Portland, OR after spending my entire life and career on the east coast. The change was exciting, but I also moved out with here without a job. After several job interviews I decided to try a local employment agency, and I ended up taking a meeting with Brittney Rerecich at Boly Welch.

I can easily say that my experience with Boly Welch, and with Brittney in particular, was excellent. I was in constant contact with Brittney, primarily as pertained to opportunities that arose, but also in the form of general e-mails and phone calls, which ensured that I wasn t forgotten and that leads were being followed and researched.

I appreciated the honest and open nature of the discussions I had with Brittney and a great deal of emphasis was made on finding a position for me that was the best fit, and not just the first or most lucrative offer that came along.
