My service tech was great and took his time to explain everything that was going to be done and again afterwards about what was done. I ve been coming to this dealership for approximately 5 years and they ve always been very nice, professional, and courteous.

On this trip to the service department I learned that they are under new management and unfortunately they were not as accommodating and courteous as previous management. Unfortunately I forgot my coupon at home and didn t want to go back and be late for my appointment. It was 15% off $100 service (my service was $439). When I explained that I forgot it (totally my fault) I was told that the new management was very strict and they could not honor it or accommodate me. If having that paper coupon is so important I would like to suggest emailing coupons to customers which is more convenient and easily accessible.
