We couldn't be happier for the front desk staffs. They are friendly, courteous, and went out of their ways to provide the info we need. Nice room, awesome location, beautiful rooftop pool. 5 stars!!!

However, we are truly disappointed in the rooftop pool unannounced closure for special functions. We are staying for 4 nights, the pools were closed for two afternoons. That's half the length of our stay.



So if you plan on staying at this hotel for their pool. Do ask them about their special function schedule in advance.

PS: We were offered free breakfast for the next morning. Nice but I much rather have the pool time that I already paid for.

PPS: Upon our return from our last night out, front desk staff Jimmy presented us with a nice chilled bottle of cava. He has been so amazingly nice during our stay. He had restored our faith with this hotel. I am adding the star back. Thank you Jimmy.
