my daughter's hampster was doing really poorly. Most likely dying as it was knocked from the cage. It had not eaten or drank in a day - eyes closed and staying in its hut. I called the clinicians I said he was in a really bad way and described his state and what happened. Our daughter only had it for three weeks and was taking great care of him. She was very distraught and while my wife and I suspected the end, we just wanted our daughters heart cared for as well. We called to get in as were told we could not get in for two days due to appointments and since we were new patients. We were very disappointed as they were recommended as the only exotic vets in the area. We won't be calling nor recommending them.
