So, we didn't actually buy a car here, however, I STRONGLY suggest everyone else buy one here. Our brand new RAM 1500, that we bought at out local dealership, broke down in Tallahasee during an 1100 mile road trip while towing our 27 foot travel trailer from Illinois to Sebring, FL. The service department was closed as it was Saturday, but the manager, knowing we had reservations and a full week of vacation planned 500 miles away, not only said they would fix the problem at no charge, they also loaned us another vehicle off their lot to tow our TT the rest of the way to complete our trip and to use for the entire week also at no charge. The entire staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Everyone was incredibly understanding and sympathetic of our situation and did everything they could to help so our vacation wasn't a disaster.
