I had a great experience at Jim Ellis. Though I was looking to buy a car, I least expected to buy the car that day. We visited a quite a number of different car dealerships, when we were looking for Elantra. Our search started with used-ones and later, we decided to opt for a brand new one. They were organized and ready when I reached there. We worked with Darrow Moore at Jim Ellis Hyundai and purchased the new 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited.

Edit: Update from 2019

Changed the stars to 1 star. While the team helped with the purchase of the sales in 2016, my experience with them in 2019 was complete opposite. The sales rep or the manager were disinterested in speaking with us when we went to purchase a car. The manager was pretty arrogant and disrespectful to my elderly father. Further, their response to my outstanding query has been nil. My car was totalled 4 months ago. I purchased warranties for which the terms were still outstanding. I have reached out to the person I dealt with. He requested me to complete a form via email. After submission of the form, there has been no response from them. I have been trying to reach them for past 3-4 months and have not received any response.
