Man, I have been waiting for this dealership to find the title to the car I have already purchased for more than a week (9 days). While I'm glad they gave me a loaner for the time being, I get no updates on the status of the title unless I drive there myself. Won't respond to phone calls or emails. I know you're busy but at this point I should be a priority when I bought a car and I still don't have it. When you say you're gonna follow up, follow up. And no one has offered me anything to compensate for this marathon of phone tag with no car to show for it. This is my first car and I want it so bad! I love Mazdas and my first family car was a Mazda that lasted 20 years. But, sheesh.
Looking forward to being reunited with the car I haven't seen for way too long. I'm sure it's sitting around wondering where I am, too.
