Reservations were ignored, gave us a room that was occupied, when our card-key would not open the door we were issued another card that allowed us to enter the room. The room we entered had luggage opened on one of the beds, used towels on the floor, an the other bed ruffled. We chose to stay else where. However, the manager refused to reimburse our credit card and demanded we pay! Would NOT recommend this place
