Hotel with good location. According to the new concept, the Superior Room is spacious, comfortable and well-kept. Large bathroom. A varied breakfast buffet, although for a hotel with "non-standard" prices I miss e.g. salmon. Breakfast crew efficient non-stop looking after the buffet. A good restaurant with an interesting menu and delicious shrimps. I really enjoyed checking in by the receptionist by going out with me a tablet. Very efficient I often (relatively) go to Novotel in Wroclaw and something that I lacked here in the Pozna hotel is the atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. Kind of friendly crew but withdrawn, at a distance, a bit cold. That is what I lacked in the sense of Your Feel Welcome. A great surprise for me was the "wall" when it came to ordering a cup of coffee in the room. Finally reluctant acceptance with a note of the room number from the bar to which I took two coffees to the 16th floor. Atmosphere, uniqueness, cordiality and hospitality are in my experience the hallmark of Novotel in Wroclaw, in Pozna I did not have it. Overall 7/10 and I would recommend but the atmosphere cool.
