There's no option NOT to pick a star!! This has to be one of the worst hospitals ever, the rooms are filthy with live and dead roaches, the staff had no problems with cross-contamination, not changing gloves from patient to patient ECT. , the nurses are both not documenting or communicating about their patients, they will attempt to do procedures over and over again if you dont stop them, and pass out medicine with no since of liability or responsibility to check and make sure it's correct, one nurse wearing burgundy scrubs assisting a male patient let him use the bathroom in our room and he made a pissy mess, I had to make sure it was cleaned right away, if no-one was with my mom, she would have walked in and sat down on whatever nasty-ness that was present, the stinky soil linens from another patient was hanging on the door hook in a blue bag all day, Alllllday, until I couldn't take it anymore and ask someone to get it out, my list and pictures I collected from 2 1/2 days go on and on and will be reported, my family made a great decision to transfer my mother to the Medical Center if she had stayed there alone with no-one to watch the staff at BS and the surroundings, my fear is it would had been fatal YES THAT BAD!!!
