Where do I begin? A company with no telephone option to speak to anyone at the corporate level. They want you to write a letter - LOL (its 2020). That should tell you a lot about this company. They talk about customer service being important but it s only lip-service. Don t believe me? Try calling their office in Eau Claire. Tried calling COO Collet told he doesn t take customer calls and the gal hung up on me. Sent letter to John Menard Jr got a email from Jason Larson a buyer in Hardware. I have spent a month on. Generac pressure washer that I do not have a receipt. The COO will not take a call from a long customer. Use the email or fax so the don t have to deal with your issue. Everyone needs to leave feedback so they realize the money they are losing from good customers. Until my issue is resolved I will spend my dollars elseware. If it is ever taken care of I will take this down. If it is still up it was never resolved. Interesting they spend millions on racing to get customers to the stores. They lose customers because of poor service. I followed Menards very closely but because of Three hundred dollar Generac machine and Mr Collette and Lance at the St Cloud Mn store and Jason Larson. Until resolved I m using Home Depot. The billionaire has allowed his company to forget about the little People. Customer service training would be worth every dime and the COO should not be in his position as he will not even take a call. I had a issue with Carnival cruise lines and the VP fixed it in two days. Extremely unreal. If we all keep posting the poor service maybe we. Can get them to zero on google review. Everything on here is about customer service.
