I prepaid for a year in advance and was assured a service tech would assist with an alert on my system. A month later when I saw my CC statement it was higher than I was quoted, so I wrote and requested a refund plus cancellation of my service, since a service tech NEVER reached out.
A year later now I am getting another bill and my alarm still doesn't work properly. Who's monitoring my account that cannot tell there is an issue?
Incompetence is all I can presume. What kind of "service" company doesn't reach out to it's clients for more than a year???
