Night emergency to be avoided.

Night emergency to be avoided.
I don't know what the situation is with daytime emergencies, but the reception at night leaves something to be desired.
We took our dying cat urgently, the cage was taken from our hands without asking for the name of the animal or following them.
Then 5 minutes later the student came back telling me that no life-threatening diagnosis was underway. And that you had to stand in line.
No tact, chewing gum with his mouth open, no one took our name to get on the books.
We finally preferred to go to the emergency room in Meaux where our cat was immediately hospitalized because his condition was alarming.
The students' lack of professionalism and compassion is more than appalling.
What a desappointment !
