I'm giving 2 stars ONLY because of the nursing staff on the second floor. The ER was the worst experience of my life. 21 hrs with a severed Achilles tendon. I COULDNT WALK. And I asked for assistance to go to the bathroom. And the er nurse Gabby said ok and left for 4 hours! I had my vitals checked 1 time in that 12 hr period. Even after begging to have blood sugar checked, the aid came in and pushed my foot backwards causing more damage and pain.1st nurse Michelle was wonderful. The ER doctor was amazing and very thoughtful with explaining everything. Other than that it was the absolutely the worst experience of my life. Once upstairs it was wonderful. The nurses and doctors were amazing. If you need to go for scheduled surgery your in great hands. For an emergency, your better off bleeding out in the street
