I just came in to close my warranty and gap policies because my car was totaled out. I arrived at 6pm... It is currently 6:45 and I am still sitting here yet to be acknowledged. Then the sales Rep took a person who was purchasing ahead of me. He didn't even look in my direction. I am about to raise all hell in this place.
