Nice place to walk around and check out the history of our space adventures. You really get a feel for the scary life threatening journey these astronauts took. The Atlantis is a must see attraction because it s amazing how big this thing really is. For us the line was about 10 minutes to go see. 5 minute move. Then you go in another room to see another 5 minute movie. Finally it opens up where you see the shuttle and other various history facts. Lastly there is a simulator ride that is about 5 minutes for the ride but 10 minute line before going into another room with another 5-8 minute movie. The movie makes you think you are going into a verticals position but you are not. The simulator is just a small incline but shakes a lot and makes you feel like you are being pushed ini the seat with g forces. It s more than fine for little kids and you should see unless you re clostrophobic. The rest of the park was kinda barren. Mostly just a bunch of movies to watch and you get to see actual memorabilia surrounded by many gift shops. there was an indoor playground that entertained the kids more than anything else did. Was a little nervous because once your kids go inside it s difficult to see where your kid is and what s going on. Dozens of screaming kids. If something happened I would be concerned on how I could easily reach them. We went to say we did but otherwise I see no reason to go. For me the whole experience was lackluster. A day would be better spent on the beach rather than shlep around in the hot sun.
