Anna and the rest of crew are kind and gentle with him and do a thorough job with all aspects of his care from washing, de-shedding, nail trim, and the rest. I recommend making an appointment. They will make them for earlier than the market part of the store opens. Simply ring the bell on the lower right side of door to let them know you are there. Ask about their specials.
