5/8/17 update-brought truck in for recall updates,...

5/8/17 update-brought truck in for recall updates, oil change, and tire rotation. Upon pickup one of my rims heavily gouged, attached photo. Also none of my tire pressures are the same or correct, even after a couple miles driving.
Service manager looked at rim and said we'll have a guy repair it. What upsets me is that one of the service guys didn't know they did it or did and didn't fess up to it.

To disappointed with service dept. to write a long review now, will update another time. Avoid this place!
Another update 9/30/2016: Yesterday the service dept. tried to charge my nephew $430 to replace a break line they broke after "testing" them. He went in for an oil change! We towed the car with my truck to Costco and fixed it in their parking lot in a couple hours and $25 in parts.
