We arrived 3 adults and one child. Our reservation started at 2 days and A arrived earlier, around 7 am, and we were offered to leave our luggage at the reception desk, they immediately gave us bracelets, so that we could enjoy all the benefits of the hotel for free: food, alcohol, sun beds, etc. So before 2 days we had something to do. The rooms gave us exactly at 2 o'clock. They took the tour through expedia, there were almost no reviews, so they did not know what to expect. On the first day we were tired, so the hotel at first glance did not conquer us. But on the second day we realized that we had fallen into a fairy tale, and did not want to leave. <br/> And now more: <br/> 1. The territory is very green, surrounded by mountains, the air is simply amazing. The sea of incredible purity is blue. There are two pantones on the water, which is very convenient especially with children. <br/> 2. The service is very good, cocktails are made very quickly, quality alcohol. The restaurant is on the level, although you will not find shrimp there, but there is always plenty to choose from and everything is very tasty. We also visited the paid restaurant Laguna Lounge and were very pleased. In general, the whole staff is very smiling, if you know some English, you will not have problems. Also in the hotel there is a Russian-speaking guest book Anastasia, which will always help to resolve any issue. Thank her so much for that. <br/> 3. The animation is unobtrusive and this is very good, I enjoyed going to the gym. Coach Julia from Krivoy Rog gave me very good practical advice on how to lose weight quickly and took into account all my features. She is very grateful for that. Children's animation is also on the level. In the evening, live music, karaoke, and various shows. <br/> 4. We rented a car to scout the territory and drove almost to Greece. On the way, we stayed at other hotels for lunch. When we saw what a dirty sea there was and the lack of sun beds, we realized how incredibly lucky we were with the hotel. We regretted that we even went there. But for comparison, it is useful. <br/> Basically foreigners rest in the hotel. But we were lucky to find good Russian-speaking friends, and we and our children were not bored. Next year, we ll collectively return to Hapimag as a huge company, as we fell in love with this hotel.
