This is always an amazing dealership experience in all aspects. After dealing with numerous auto brands and service departments over the years, (Ford, GM, VW, Benz, Honda, Chrysler), I continue to be impressed by overall Hyundai quality! Colonial Hyundai is just the best sales and service dealership I have ever encountered. James Carpenter always goes the extra mile to assure complete customer satisfaction! Just the best service advisor anywhere, period! My third Hyundai from Colonial, and I hope more to come. Everyone at Colonial, (John Ashdale, James Carpenter, Service advisors, Sales staff, Service techs); the best you will encounter anywhere. Five stars isn't enough!
