We have always gotten excellent service from Chuck and Richard at Aamco! As a woman, I never doubt the integrity of their assessments regarding my car. They are always fair and honest in letting me know what needs to be fixed and what can wait and for how long. I have sent many others to this shop and will continue to refer friends and family members to them.

Update: Since the ownership change and complete front office change, I haven t needed service on my car. However, a week ago, I took my car in for a repair previously priced out with the previous team as well as with the Honda dealership. The new team not only gave me a much higher price (nearly double), but also defended their price by saying it was that high because they only buy parts from Honda direct. So, their estimate was $1250! The Honda dealership price was $900 to fix the same issue. Because of the size of the estimate, my husband ended up researching it. We ended up buying the parts from Honda directly and fixing the issue for under $500! I understand needing to make a profit, but I feel the service here now is not the same level of trustworthiness I had with Richard and Chuck and their team.
I also am very disappointed with the much higher prices since the new management began. I will not be returning for service here.
