I am starting to suspect, as others have suggested...

I am starting to suspect, as others have suggested, that B:W collects resumes based on postings for jobs that don't actually exist. I've sent resumes and well written cover letters in response to positions that I am perfectly qualified for and have not even received a request to set up a phone interview. When I apply to other agencies or positions listed on CL I usually at least get a personal reply and sometimes an interview. Does anyone know anyone who has found a position through B:W recently? My guess is that they're failing and grasping at straws to stay afloat. Too bad. But also it is a waste of honest people's time if this is the case. I'm considering contacting the BBB.
